Corporate tax FAQ

When is a T2 return due?

Within six months of the end of your corporation's tax year.

When is corporate tax payable?

Generally within two months of year-end, or three months for many Canadian-controlled private corporations that claim the small business deduction.

Should I incorporate my business?

It depends on your income, how much you need to take out of the business and your plans. We can review your situation and explain the trade-offs.

Can you catch up on missed years of bookkeeping and T2 returns?

Yes. We can reconstruct records and prepare missed years so your corporation is back in good standing.
